Who We Are

If you are looking for a one-stop shop, staffed to meet every possible strategy and communication need that might arise, that’s not us.   

But when you need more specialized support from a small core team with decades of experience supporting mission- and purpose-driven organizations of all structures and sizes, we would like to hear from you. From Carnation, Washington, to Karakalpakia, in what was Soviet Central Asia; from local nonprofits to global philanthropies; from Fortune 50 companies to local benefit corporations, we haven’t done it all. But we have done a lot and have a unique portfolio of clients, collaborators, and team members.  

To manage costs for clients and ensure that each project is staffed with appropriately qualified personnel, we operate with a small core team and supplement as needed with experienced, trusted professionals and vendors.
